When did you start?
1st Apr, 2014.

What inspired you to start?
I have a passion for solving economic problems in my own little way. The need to see startup companies and entrepreneurs do business without being burdened by the huge amount of money needed to acquire a decent office space in a highly sought after commercial area and put facilities in place to be able to run a business successfully. Also, ladies have beauty needs, a huge part of which is getting quality hair that the average lady can afford and getting it at their own convenience. As the economic issues are arising, women are engaging more in the labor market and getting more productive. There is little or no time to sit in salons after a long day at work and probably running home to tend to the family. Most ladies now tend to want to pay more attention to taking better care of their natural hair but still look great without the "sew-ins". Hence the need for AdornBeautyShop Wigs.

Give us a brief on the steps you took when starting
I did a lot of reading and planning.

What separates you from your competitors?
I would say the grace of God.

Who are your customers?
Start up business owners, start up companies and entrepreneurs who are in need of a decent and highly commercial environment to carry out their business and meet with their clients, with modern facilities already in place; Or anyone who needs a place where they can achieve productivity for the day, short term or long term; All these without breaking any bank. Our other set of customers are ladies who are in need of luxurious silky textured quality wigs or make up services at the best prices.

How are you currently getting your customers?
By the Grace of God and by maintaining our set standards.

What challenges does your business/brand face?
Well, the usual problems every entrepreneur can identify with. A few of which are lack of infrastructure such as power supply and the rest. High exchange rates and various charges that are mandatory for businesses to remit to various agencies whether or not you are making profit.

In what ways could these challenges be handled?
I would say making the best use of what is available to you at every point in time to keep your business afloat by the grace and wisdom of God.

What are the most important activities you carry out everyday to keep your business/brand running?
Pray, research, plan ahead.

Did you have to get any license/permission from any regulatory body before starting?
Our business is registered with the corporate affairs commission.

What do you enjoy most about your business/brand?
The fact that we get to solve real issues surrounding us.

What's your most memorable moment since you started?
Everyday is a memorable day I would say, because we get to learn new things about being an entrepreneur ever single day.

Where do you see your business/brand in 5 years time?
Being the most sought after brands in our fields and extending to other countries of the world.

What's your advice to people who want to follow in your footsteps?
Be prayerful, follow your passion and keep at it.

Are there any books, websites or other resources you can recommend for people who want to follow in your footsteps? If yes, please state
I read vast. So I would say any material that will aid your cause is worth reading.
